§   Fidelity Investments--Created concepts and wrote copy for series of direct mail campaign pieces to market Fidelity mutual funds (with design partner).

§   Philip Morris Cos. (US & Europe)--Assisted Science & Technology Director/Europe in streamlining presentations for legislators/journalists.  Assisted HR taskforce in developing company-wide Diversity policy program.  Worked in European PM Int'l., markets to counter product restriction and on major indoor air quality projects.

§        American Stock Exchange --Planned, conducted marketing seminars at weekend conference to introduce new programs for AMEX Marketing executives and trading Specialists; conducted "train the trainer" marketing skills seminars.

§        Chrysler Corp. --Collaborated in national video marketing presentation via Chrysler Satellite Network; assisted in media coaching seminars on scripting and performing techniques for Chrysler marketing executives who appear regularly on the network.

§        Hoffman La Roche--Reorganized, wrote sales/marketing A/V presentation for major subsidiary;assisted in communications skills seminars to coach sales/marketing staff in using presentations effectively; coached detail people in presentation skills.

§  Nomura Group (US & Tokyo)--As search consultant, found new Public Relations/Investor Relations agency for Nomura (USA).  Planned, wrote primary marketing materials for Nomura's portfolio analysis/management system, Capital .  Wrote text for primary Nomura Group capabilities brochure printed in English.

§        Write to the Point © and Write to the Point--Creatively © seminars are instructive workshops for both business and creative writers.  Steve  Oberbeck was a cultural editor at Newsweek from 1965-75, writing on books, art, music, cinema and show business, and edited the Book & Arts page for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.  He wrote frequently on cultural subjects for the N.Y.
